Low impact. High results -- This class mixes controlled strength training with just enough cardio to make your muscles shake (in the best way). Expect dumbbells, resistance bands, killer playlists, and a whole lot of “I can’t believe I just did that.”
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
Women (and men) of ALL fitness levels looking to improve their cardiovascular health, strengthen their body, and get a mega boost of confidence!
WHAT DO I NEED?
Small weights (I recommend 10lbs or less), resistance bands, comfortable exercise gear, and water bottle! We provide the yoga mats! (We have extras of everything if needed).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you would like to cancel, please do so 1 hour before class time.
If you do not cancel at least 1 hours prior to class time, your pass will be charged.
