Are you ready for the ultimate toning class?
No cardio, no chaos - just intentional lifting and focused toning. We target arms and booty with controlled reps, slow burns, and muscle-buulding sequences designed to tone, tighten, and define. We isolate arms and glutes with weights, resistance bands, and tempo based training. Low impact, mega results, maximum hype!
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
Women (and men) of ALL fitness levels looking to improve their cardiovascular health, strengthen and tone their body, and get a mega boost of confidence!
WHAT DO I NEED?
Small weights (I recommend 10lbs or less), resistance bands, comfortable exercise gear, and water bottle! We provide the yoga mats! (We have extras of everything if needed).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you would like to cancel, please do so 1 hours before class time.
If you do not cancel at least 1 hours prior to class time, your pass will be charged.
