Welcome to Morning Mashup at The Dance Barn🖤
Join us every Saturday at 8am for our morning mashup. What does this mean? During this class we combine bootcamp, guns & glutes, and our intervals class into one. Some days may be a little of each, while others may focus more on one. All of these classes involve heavy toning guaranteed to start your weekend off right. Do not let the word "bootcamp" scare you away. Everything can be modified to YOUR specific needs, and I will be there to help you achieve those goals, no matter what your fitness level may be.
This is the perfect class if you're looking for a quick Saturday morning workout. Want a little more? We follow this class with our staple dance fitness class!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Small weights, resistance bands, water bottle. (We have extras at the barn for you if needed).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you would like to cancel, please do so 2 hours before class times.
If you do not cancel at least 2 hours prior to class time, your pass will be charged.
