Are you ready for the ultimate toning class?
Got that underneath arm flab that's holding you back from tank tops? Trying to build or give that booty some definition? Because same! Some days may be a heavy focus on our guns & glutes, while other days we focus on a full body sweat sesh! This class is low impact, low intensity class with heavy toning.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
Women (and men) of ALL fitness levels looking to improve their cardiovascular health, strengthen and tone their body, and get a mega boost of confidence!
WHAT DO I NEED?
Small weights (I recommend 10lbs or less), resistance bands, comfortable exercise gear, and water bottle! We provide the yoga mats! (We have extras if needed).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you would like to cancel, please do so 2 hours before class times.
If you do not cancel at least 2 hours prior to class time, your pass will be charged.
