Ohhh HIIT!!! It just got real. Come join us Saturday mornings for a quick bootcamp before our dance party. This is a full body workout. Some days may be higher intensity with a lot of cardio, while others have an emphasis on toning. I like to switch it up and add different games to keep it exciting. To play it safe, always have your mat, weights, and bands with you. We have extras though if you need them.

WHAT DO I NEED?
Comfortable exercise gear and water bottle! We provide the yoga mats!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please purchase a pass in order to RSVP. This rule is in place while we are still social distancing and limiting class numbers.
If you would like to cancel, please do so 2 hours before class times.
If you do not cancel at least 2 hours prior to class time (unless an emergency), your pass will be charged.
